BLOGGER TEMPLATES AND TWITTER BACKGROUNDS

I am late with this and apologize. I have been tied up with the Olympics in the last few days.
I must say I am puzzled about the need for people to make such damaging and harmful attacks on me and the president Mark Felgenhauer.

Firstly, let me be clear. This company is facing challenging times but things should get better. We are still working to beat the challenges we face. We are also dealing with the libel, defamation, slander on ihub.

I am confused how shareholders think the negative posts on Ihub will help their company and their shares.
So I make a request. Please put away your swords and call me directly or email me if you want to attack me for working to save this company. As you know my telephone number is 778-329-2126.

It is a crucial time for this company and we need to work together to make this work. Those of your who are investors and want to see us succeed can help by sending me constructive criticisms. Those of you who wish to see us fail, well, I guess there is not much I can do about you.

Each day we are working to get new deals signed, the new site completed, broadcast deals completed, sponsorships signed and more.

I wish all of you a good weekend. I look forward to receiving your constructive criticisms.

Welcome to those who will visit Vancouver for the Olympics. As a Vancouverite I am proud that this city has prepared itself so well.

Let me tell you Reeltime is growing strong and we have a strong and supportive group of shareholders, supporters, team members, consultants and associate companies.

We would like to take a moment and thank Beverly Zaslow for suggesting that Reeltime use a blog to communicate with everyone regarding its forward moving progress.

We have been experiencing some difficulties, but we are overcoming these. I must admit some of our problems were worse than I first thought, but we now have a strong legal team and others working with us to resolve our legal and financial problems.

Before I go on, let me thank Mark and Stephanie Felgenhauer for their continued belief in the dream of Reeltime. Mark and I work everyday to get this company on track with Stephanie’s good advice to keep us on track.

Let me tell you here and now, that Reeltime Rentals Inc. is coming back and will be a significant company in the home entertainment, online retail, television production and live events/ pay-per-view companies anywhere.

The following information is taken from our business plan regarding our profit centers and marketing program. I have written this here so you will know where our revenues will come from and what we will do to market the company and its products.

Profit Centers

Broadcast licenses
Broadcasters acquire the rights to TV programs by purchasing a broadcast license. We will be co-producing new series in association with Challenge Entertainment within the year and selling these series worldwide. (Next week I will discuss our new television series.)

Internet pay-per-view fees
Our clients will have the option to buy programs they wish to view on a pay-per-view basis. We will also be airing live concerts, exhibits and other events and viewers will have to pay a fee to view this live content.

Sponsorships
Each channel on the Reeltime Television Network will have a sponsor company attached. Sponsors will pay for billboards on each channel. Furthermore, sponsor corporations will purchase billboards and in show commercials on our television programs and gain a wide range of other benefits.

Consumer memberships
We offer consumer/ viewers the opportunity to belong to our Reelclub for a fee of $120.00 a year. Members are afforded a series of benefits related to the Reeltime Televisions Network and the Reelstore.

Retail memberships
Retailers will purchase these memberships for a fee and will in return receive a valuable benefits package including commercial space, product placement, participation in the Reelstore and business directory and spots on our television series and more.

Merchandise Sales
Sales of products related to our television programs and movies such as DVDs, music CDs, books, apparel, and other products.

Product Placement and product use fees
Companies pay fees for having their products placed on television and movie sets. Also, companies pay for their products to be used by the hosts of programs.

Subscription Fees
When we launch our full website at www.reeltime.com we will sell subscriptions not to unlike what consumers pay cable companies. Users of our Reeltime Television Network will select the channels they wish to watch and pay based on their picks.

Touring Ticket Sales
A number of our productions will be toured throughout the US, Canada and other foreign markets. We will be in a revenue sharing position in regards to touring concert ticket sales.
Channel Purchases
Producers and media companies are being offered the opportunity to purchase and manage their own channel on RTN. This will give our company another revenue source.

I hope this information gives everyone a better idea and a clearer picture that we are not merely here to broadcast TV programs and movies. We are becoming a fully diversified company and I believe this will make us stronger financially.

Let me be clear. We are building a new website that will have all new content, new dimensions, colors, music, our produced programs and interactive components and more.

Our goal is to be a PBS styled online television network where we offer quality, entertaining, thought provoking products and programs that any family could watch together.

MARKETING GOALS:
The primary marketing vehicle for Reeltime’s products will be charities worldwide, sports and educational institutions. All of these entities are seeking new fundraising opportunities and Reeltime’s online network and programs along with the company’s fundraising programs will earn these organizations much-needed dollars. The basis of this strategy is the fact that consumers are more likely to purchase skills, services and products from companies that support community help organizations, sports and education institutions.

Furthermore, Reeltime’s membership programs are based on supporting these organizations that in these tough economic times, are seeking new ways to fundraise. Our Fundraising Program is based on these organizations selling club memberships and receiving a percentage of each sale. Moreover, these groups will gain marketing programs that will boost their exposure and revenues. As well as the above marketing program, the company will implement a series of innovative and creative marketing strategies such as those listed below:
1. The hallmark of our marketing program will be our excellence in customer service. Quick responses, satisfaction guaranteed, excellent and competitive prices, on going communication with clientele and forming strong relationships with our clients giving them reason to return to our network, store and club as well as other products we will offer in the future.
2. Full use of the internet social pages such as Facebook, Twitter and others.
3. As well as having a page called Reeltime Television Network on Facebook, we will purchase ad space on Facebook that will gain us exposure world wide.
4. Online surveys and opinion polls will be used to keep our clientele connected and feeling we listen to their opinions and recommendations.
5. Various channels of the Reeltime Television Network will be sponsored by major corporations. This will increase our exposure and brand awareness.
6. Commercials will be produced and aired on traditional broadcast stations and at Reelstore.
7. Commercials will be produced and aired on radio stations.
8. Contests will be held on RTN that will attract viewers and consumers to our programs and merchandise.
9. Press releases, announcements, stories and profiles will be placed on internet places such as google and yahoo and in all media across the US, Canada and other centers worldwide.
10. Outdoor ads and street teams will be used in major cities in North American.
11. Co-branding Reeltime products with well known names will gain the company increased exposure, credibility and sales.
12. Infomercials will be produced and aired for our products and those of our suppliers.
13. Our non-profit partners will advertise our company and products in their electric and paper media products such as newsletters, TV commercials and online websites.
14. Radio and TV interviews are being planned.
15. A one-hour special on RTN and its projects and programs are being planned.
16. Community support programs are underway.

Cross and Cause Marketing
The value of our relationships with non-profits organizations worldwide is that they will be marketing RTN. Companies who enlist at our World Community Channel will market our companies to their members and supporters. Also, we will have an enhanced image by offering these organizations free air time and fundraising events on RTN.

I hope this gives you a good idea as to what Reeltime is becoming. I welcome your questions and telephone calls. Let me also report that the new site will be up as soon as humanly possible and will be.

Lastly, please know that we are working on the new site, negotiating with content suppliers, acquiring new merchandise, planning our new productions, dealing with legal and business affairs, improving our communications and most important positioning this company to be a significant revenue generator.
In the coming weeks I will be reporting other areas of our business plan and new developments.

I look forward to your questions and comments.
